Rachel and Marco are clearly 'stucks, and Rachel is trying not to laugh her ass off, while Marco is too dumbstruck to make a smart comment about how adorable Karkat is.

Karkat just assumes these are the same four kids he's been trolling but in another timeline, and he's ranting about them, and raving, and trying to convince them to finish the game, and he's unsure where he's going with this but clearly HE IS NOT HAPPY.
